Andrea Stringer is my agent, and I purchased my first home in 2019! She's friendly and knowledgeable in the Seattle area. I met her in a Microsoft building (Microsoft preferred real estate company) for an initial consultation. She listened to my specifics and gave me a list of properties and lenders. Throughout the process, everything was electronically-signed except one with an escrow company to hold downpayment. She showed me the condo around and explained to me the Capitol Hill area.
